Each episode feels like chai with a thoughtful friend, exploring life's big questions with warmth and curiosity.
For over 30 years Harsha has worked to bring communities together through shared culture, faith and care for the environment. She is Vice President of the Hindu Forum of Britain and served for many years as President of the Lancaster and Morecambe Hindu Society. She was a founder member of Faith in Lancaster, sat on the Statutory Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE), and has helped develop religious education material for the UK syllabus.
In recognition of her interfaith work, she was awarded an MBE in 2015, presented by Prince William. Last year she represented the Hindu faith at the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey.
Her path has taken in lace work, retail, running her own business, teaching cookery, and serving as a school and college governor and as a trustee of CVS. Through it all, the thread has been the same: helping people understand one another.
